360-spot your landing, keep your head turned, commit
rails- go fast, stay froward, commit, turn 90 not 70ish, look at the end of the rail

360s-Assuming that you are spinning to the left, punch the air to your left side with your right hand. try to push your right hand behind your back. Start with a small jump, than move up.

Rails- Pop, turn 90 degrees. KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE END OF THE RAIL. If you think your falling just pop of the side.

PS... If this whole school project thing is a load of bullshit next time just remember that people will respectfully tell you if you ask, no excuses nessecary.
