Replying to Saga Gear rip-off
I want to start off by saying I love the look of Saga gear! It super steezy and super comfortable. While I appreciate the style, the durability and customer service has proven to be extremely lacking in my experience. I barely wore a bib and the chest zipper became detached. I contacted Saga and they said no big deal, send it to us and we will take care of a refund, although we recommend you buy the new product right away before we sell out. I figured no big deal and bought a new bib. Now Saga has claimed to never have received my package even while UPS has stated otherwise. To me, it seems like they just got me to buy another bib and had no interest in issuing a refund (Which is fine, I would've kept my original bibs). Just seems sketchy to me, anybody have good/bad experiences with this company?
Additionally, I still haven't received accessory items I ordered back in September. I know their stock was depleted due to the robbery, although there hasn't been any update.
Be Cautious. Probably better to buy their gear off of EVO in my opinion!
