Is south park the tv show and game, based more on Frisco Co, than it is on fairplay?

Everything about south park and the stick of truth game makes me feel like I'm in Frisco, with the layout of the town. Fairplay, which is the name of the town in South park county the show is officially based on, is really small and too dead to match up to the actual dynamic of the tv show. Frisco just got a whole foods too, just like in the tv show.

Interesting. Probly some father got called out in front of his kids.
If you ever want somebody to fight you, go embarass a father in front of his kids. Works like you wouldnt believe.

Fairplay is South Park, quite literally. I live in Fairplay currently and it looks so much like the show. Fairplay is actually quite a bit busier than it seems too. Back in the day the show spoofed more on Park Co, but now it seems like it spoofs on Summit Co quite a bit as well. Lots of towns in Park and Summit are spoofed in the show. That's how I see it at least.
