SlushTry and catch a side edge and use your edges to slide out as much of that energy as possible, so I’d say stiffer legs
DolanReloadedWhat do you mean side edge, you mean uphill edge?
DolanReloadedgo limp so your skis don't catch and whip your head into the ground
supersquidI would say stiff legs, but at the same time landing when you are all tense increases the chance of injury. I would say to try and ride it out with stiff legs inside edge and shuffle. But if its a total no go then just relax and protect your neck, back and head the best you can. Hard to do with so little time but thats what I shoot for. Most important is that you dont land with your downhill outside edge digging in, cause then you get shit whipped.
DolanReloadedI shit whipped myself years ago. Wasn't fun.
DIRTYBUBBLEYou should try to land on your inside edges and shuffle out if possible
razors-chazSome have said some decent techniques for salvaging a borked trick and riding away, but if you feel like you've got no chance and are going to bail. spreading the impact as much as you can really helps. Jens goes through some good ways to do that in this Stomp It.
