Replying to Vermont Ski Trip

So my family and a few friends are planning a ski trip up to Vermont from central PA in march. What are some of the best places to go?
Here is what we are looking for,
We want a resort that is not too far. For example Jay Peak is a little too far and we want our drive to be under around 7 hours. We want the place to have decnt prices and nice chalets or hotels around. We are also looking for some fun parks for my friends and I. A plus would for it to be family friendly for some skiers that only go on greens and blues.
