Looking for advice regarding new all mountain skis

Hi I'm looking for a new pair of all mountain skis to use instead of my 14/15 Mantras. I usually find them to boring to ski and mostly end up skiing my Mr Pollard Opuses without regards to the conditions since they truly brings out the playful skier in me. I now have an oppurtunity to by a new ski for my quiver and are looking for a playful all mountain ski. I have checked out alot the skis in the "playful all mountain" bracket and found some options that seems nice, they are : Icelantic nomad 95, Sego Big Horn 96, On3p Kartel 96, Majesty Dirty Bear and Line Chronic and Jskis Allplay.
What worries me though is that I'm 195cm and weigh 95-100kg and can't help but wonder am I to big for these skis (only Icelantic with over 190 option)? I would like advice on these skis or other options.

I want a ski you can play around with when it's not pow day, and my Opuses are to big/wide to be optimal. I usually like to do tree runs, mouguls hit side hits and wind lips and occasionally dabble in the park(basically groomers as little as possible)

move up in waist width! Ur like 6' 4", an all mountain ski for a dide your size is closer to 103-116 mm underfoot

Any ski can be playful really. "Playful skis"is a marketing ploy in my books.

What do you consider playful? If your looking at hitting inbound hits and bumpier terrain, I would stick to stiffer skis with a wider ski (98-103mm) underfoot and go for a camber profile ski. Personally, I prefer shorter radius skis for more aggressive terrain. I keep then at 90% of my total height. I found the Head Ventury 95, 178 was a perfect fit for me. Im 180cm, 80kg looking for skiing tough crud and inbound hits while still enjoying a good carve.
Or are you going for butter tricks? then shorter, mid stiff rocker skis are your best friends.

The only one I tried was the Nomad 95 and found them great on jumps and holding a good turn, but has a heavier swing weight.

So I think what I would like in a new allmountain ski is something resembling the Opus, but slightly stiffer with a narrower waist, I want something with quick turn initiation and with low swing weight. I dont think I want a super soft ski, but definetly not as chargey as myt 14/15 mantras.I wouldn't want an allmountain ski under 95mm but not over 108 since I most likely would use my Line skis if I get powder. Not sure if this clarification helps. Either way I would appreciate suggestions regarding possible skis and/or advice.

Line Sir Francis Bacon in the 190cm. Will be stiffer than the Opus but quite a bit lighter as well. Similar feel and mount to the Opus and geared for harder snow. Lots of deals all over on the SFB if you find leftover 2018 stock. Ski is unchanged in 2019, just the graphics changed.

What size Opus do you ski?

If you are coming off the mantra and want something playful look no further than the arv106 or even the rustler 10

Hi, I ski the 192 opus with recomended stance and they have taken me through BC powder days and Niseko Japan champagne pow =). Anyway It seems the consensus is since im quite large I should go up to + 100mm which seems logical , the SFB seems legit and the arv now when I looked at them seems cool aswell! I would like to have something like three skis to choose from and stumbled upon Moment skis and their PB&J ski. Could the PB&J be a possible third option together with ARV 106 and SFB?

ps. J Skis are not an option 200usd in shipment cost to Sweden

The 188cm PB&J would definitely be another option in this range. VERY well built with beefy bases and edges and a stiffer flex and longer sidecut so they charge through crud better than the other two but not quite as into shorter radius turns as the SFB.

PB&J the most similar to your Mantras but with a more playful side and forward mount than the Mantra, the ARV 106 softer in flex but great all mountain and the SFB the best at shorter turns and most similar to your Opus.
Rustler 10 in 188cm is another great ski similar to the SFB 190cm that is fun, likes shorter turns but still has a strong backbone. Mount is a little further back on the Rustler compared to your Opus or SFB.

Any of these would be fun skis and would depend on the deals you could get them for where you are.

I could be wrong but I think he would run into the same $200 shipping issue he mentioned with J skis. The distribution network isn't there yet.

Candide 3.0: Euro distribution, come in a 192 or a 204, and they're a pretty alright overall ski.
