Replying to Limiting people to having 2 children per couple?

People complained a lot about China's one child policy, but was it really that bad? We have 7.6 billion people on this earth and people are still cranking out 5+ kids. Then those kids are cranking out more kids.

We're like rabbits. Just fucking and popping out more and more.

Personally I'd be very okay with a 2 or 3 child limit going forward. I get that on the one hand, some people are able to support a big family and give them a great life. I get that, and can see it as an argument. The downside is there will still be more kids than needed going forward who will get older and start their own families.

At a certain point we need to start thinking about controlling this shit. It's already pretty out of hand, but seems to be something to unpopular to discuss. Do people really need to have 7 kids? I get that in the old days there were less people, and birth control wasn't really a thing. It's 2018 though. Absolute worst case you can get free condoms.
