Opinions on daymakers

I don't own a pair but have a buddy who loves them.

Being able to use all of your quiver to tour is a major plus, as well as being in a binding you trust on the way down.

Going to proper touring bindings will always be lighter and more efficient that said if I didn't have the luxury of working in a ski shop and getting deals so that I can afford to switch my whole backcountry quiver to touring bindings I would own a pair. They look like they're way easier to use than any other sort of touring adapter, the movement on the walk mode looks super smooth and not nearly as awkward as some frame bindings + youre supporting the industry when you buy them.

I like them. Can't change them between skis unless you buy more skins or have very similar skis. I bought them because my marker frame bindings broke right off of the ski while I was skiing down hill at the resort. Turns out those things are totally made of plastic even where they mount to the ski and are just the sort of thing that will break when you are out skiing.

Which model where you riding? The F12's I know are quite soft and feel like shit if you ride hard (Flex issues) but I find the dukes have been banger despite the weight.... either way spent little time on both...riding king pins now.
