Looking for a place to live in Crested Butte this winter

Title pretty much says it, I'm looking for a place to sleep and dry my boots this winter in Crested Butte or Gunnison. If anyone has any availability or even any leads they would be much appreciated.

shouldnt have any problem keepin your boots dry if it keeps up like this lol :`(
