Replying to Skiing in College

I'm going into my sophomore year of high school this fall, but I'm starting to think about post highschool. I'd like to go to the University of Utah or Penn State. Will I be able to ski a decent bit? Will I have the time or money also? I'd like to go about every weekend. My parents say that I should enjoy these next couple years of skiing because I won't be able to ski much in college. Is it really that difficult to ski a decent bit in college?
