When is the East coast going to get a week where it actually stays cold

Just looked it up and saw the warm forecast for the end of the week though. Bummer

That said wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better start than last year when I moved back to the ice coast. Couldn't freeze a damn thing last season. At least now everyone has made heavy amounts of snow. Maybe now pow skiing but if places can get most of their trails open thats way better than last season.

Yea most resorts just made a crap ton of man made snow the last few days. It is really crappy how the weather has been bi polar this season.

Got almost a foot of snow on the weekend....it's suppose to rain and be warmish the next couole if days. My local hill only has 2 runs open. I can't even bother to go yet.

Yo homie yeah about the same but my hill will somehow be opening it's main park which is about the size of a football field somehow Thursday.

dude it is what it is. honestly, I think about this all the time too but what can you do? for me I know after I graduate, Ill be moving to a more consistent area in terms of snow.

its only a problem if it you make it into one. put your shitty skis on and make the best out of every day on hill

I was thinking the same thing when I checked the forecast today. It didn't snow at all the past 3 days when it was 0 degrees out but the next 10 days it will be in the 40s and rain every fucking day.

December and January are always inconsistent in the east. This is pretty expected. Seasons been pretty unreal at stowe so far so I cant really complain. The rain will just help build everything into solid base!

It's been cold all weekend long. Like the past 5 days or so I've started my car up in single-digit weather, and today was the first time all winter that I saw the temp gauge read below zero when I started my car to go drive up to Gore so I could freeze my ass off even more.

what sucks is that my resort closes every time it sprinkles so I can't even ski all this week. Only place I have ever heard of that does this on a regular basis. We have a base from 2ft to 4ft on the main trails.
