Full Tilt First Chair 6 Durability?

Been boot shopping for a while, the First Chair 6s are the only ones that fit really well, but I've heard mixed things about their durability. Rn I'm in Southern Ontario (fuck my life)and mostly try not to kill myself in the park, but am moving out to Park City or Revy next year, so will be doing much more big mountain shit. Those of you with FC6s, how have they been holding up?

Revelstoke: yes, but you're not going to find much in terms of real terrain @ Park City, its basically the rolling foothills of the wasatch. Alta/Snowbird/Brighton/Solitude have the real shit

well honestly on the scale of things the epic pass is a cheap ski pass, but living in PC can be quite expensive so you might wanna double check that plan. Most people including myself live in SLC and drive up to PC since it's far cheaper

Yup, I've been looking into that. Got family in PC tho, so I'm not too worried about finding a place to stay on the cheap

Considering I spent over 800 bucks on my boots I would be really fucking pissed if they broke. Full tilts really aren't the most durable boot though...if that's a priority you might wanna look to some other boots. Also boot fitter

Ive had my ft's for 2 years going on into my third... boots are still looking brand new. 150 days on them too if that gives context at all

I do bud. I'm a broke highschool student with a fuckton of money to throw away on ski gear. If I'm gonna blow $600 on a pair of boots, they better not fuck up.

I promise those arent the only boots that fix your foot. Over priced pieces of garbage that will break. Fuck Full tilt boots. I work at a shop and have received boots directly from FT with rivets already broken off, tonuges not attached ect. I've seen multiple shells crack in half during the first month of use and not cover the warrenty. they have awful customer service, takes them over two weeks to get a boot from Washington to Colorado. I see rats with their boots off at the top of the park rubbing their feet every day i ski. I have people come into the shop with broken buckles and cables every day. Seriously, theyre garbage

Are you getting them from value village ? I also work at a ski shop and never have i had a problem with full tilt boots...
