.ZT.I'm stoked because this is my first season living out west and in the past week at Whistler we've gotten 2 meters of snow and I've been shredding more pow than I know what to do with. I'm heading up tomorrow and couldn't be happier to be living out here now.

bristol mountain just opened a few days ago start my new job as a lift this weekend. oh and school ends this week, but still got finals
SlushBristol raised their prices for the last time. I think they were discounted for first few days, but regular lift tickets are 70$ for 4 hours. There's no way I'm paying that for a hill that size. Holiday valley is probably going to be my new go to ski hill, even though it's like 2 hours away...

Minggdude fuck holiday. yeah they get good snow and have good skiing but on a pow day I would much rather go to KB. If management at Holiday wasn't so fucking unethical I might be more willing to go there, but tbh if I didn't get a free pass I would never come here lol.
SlushNever been to KB on a crazy pow day. Don't they yell at you for being in the woods there? What makes it better than HV?
(Also holiday valley had some ass parks last time I showed up. Not sure if that's the usual but nothing really worth even sessioning)
MinggKB on pow days is nice because they get about the same amount of snow as holiday (usually more on average tbh - recent years have been tough) but it's half the people so it's cool. KB on weekends is my go to as well.
I've gotten yelled at by both places but they're usually okay about it before the sun goes down.
Holiday is kinda meh for parks. If you're a good skier then they'll have some features for you but they seriously lack on the mediumish features. They have 4 feet wide boxes and then like DFDs. So if you're like me it kind of sucks haha. KB's new park dude seems really awesome and worked at Breck for some time. I talked to him a little bit at the mucho jib jam and I hope he revives KB's park. When I first started skiing park, KB was fucking nuts. It was sooooo nice compared to what it is now. So many people who grew up at KB/HV back in the day are killing it at real mountains now, which is really cool. But kinda sad for us cause we def missed out on some good times haha.
