Replying to ACL Exercise Routine
Hey Everybody,
So I had ACL reconstructive surgery in June, did everything right with going to physiotherapy etc.. Now i'm starting to get let's say 'bored' of the exercises provided and want to increase my workout load to try and be ready for the upcoming ski season.
I am by no means a fitness expert of know every exercise out there. So what I'm asking if anyone has any routines they used when they tore their ACL or just suggestions in general.
