I dunno what other companies would do... but i ripped my Uniform 2.4 (the puffy jacket) on a tree branch about 10 days ago, and all the down flew the fuck out of a compartment. I told oakley, they said to send it in. Not only did they have like a 4 day turnaround time, they gave me a brand new coat. Reason im so shocked, is because it was my fault!

yeah, oakley is super good on warrenty. My friend had a crack in his lenses, they said they'd replace them free no questions asked.

not true^ they didnt replace my lab pants. there were so many tears on the bottom on the legs. not only from my skis but like everywhere they were tearin and shit and on the outside of my legs too. so dont generalize

hmmm, odd, my brother had a brand new incubator(or whatever they call it nowadays) and about 3/4 into the season the zipper breaks and my mom called oakley and asked if they can fix it, replace the zipper and she'd be willing to pay for it....they responded and just said no
oakley sucks ass
we had the same problem with a burton jacket, and they did it free of charge and sent it back in about a week

im not a fan they wouldnt replace my goggle lense which was defective, and the pants i bought are paper thin they ripped when i came off a rail early and brushed the side, my orage pants held up in all out wipeouts for awhile

^ You probably got the inside of the lens wet and rubbed it with something and it got funky, am i right? And snow pants are designed for coming in contact with snow, not rails.
