help with some gear

ya next year is goin to be my 1st year skiing and im bored so i wanna see if u guy think this is some good gear for my 1st year...im thinking of getting some fugitives with p10 some nice poles havent decided yet and not sure what kinda boot(if u guys can help me out with them then thanks)...tell me what u think and i need a nice site to get this gear from...thanks

well..what do u want to get good at..mostly park..or like backcountry..stuff like that?

The Fujis and p10s is an awsome combo. And you can actually go cheap on poles because poles are all the same, pretty much. Also for boots you need to go to a ski shop and try them on and have them fit them for you. Good Luck.

yes i know about the boots that i need to try them on but i wanted to know what are good pair for around $200...250 at the most...

the skis and bindings would be sick for park, but boots u should probably go try some on in a store and maybe search for the ones u like on ebay. maybe go for some softer boots since ur mainly doing park.

uh..u could prolly find a better deal on some better boots...rossignol softs would work, salomon 1080, salomon x wave 6, maybe even nordica beasts..ive seen some good deals on those, but really u should just go and try some boots on in a shop

ya ive herd the salomon 1080's are great boots but heavy...and do they come in any other colors because gray/black is like old school...lol

anyone have a suggestion on what size skis and poles i should get?...im about 5'6'...i really dont want anything to big but idn where skis should be...i know on a snowboard its suppost be between ur nose and chin but shere should a ski be?

close to the top of your head. and for poles, turn them upside down and grab them directly underneath the basket. Have it be around a 90 degree bend at the elbow.
Fujatives and P10s is a good setup for sure.
