but seriously folks... skiing is easier than walking. when fucking 10 year olds start landing 1080s on skis, you have to realise that skiing isnt about strengh, balance, or stamina, its just about so called 'bravery', and its not scary landing in a pile of fresh white snow, now is it?

Its a happy sport, its easy, and it takes up time. And you don't have to work hard at it to get good! Unlike foot ball where you have to work out all the time, NO FUN. Skiing, ski all the time, GOOD FUN.

well it doesnt differ from snowboarding or any other sport for that matter, all it takes is balls to try it and the physical abilitites you need to do tricks are well...low. But same deal as most slightly extreme sports. A pro who throws mad trix has big balls, thats why he's a pro.

skiing hasnt really progressed that much yet. Pros arent THAT rediculous right now althoguh they are, but soon they will do things so insane that you cant even begin to talk shit on it. Its different throwing a 10 on some 40 footer than throwing consistent switch cork 10 blunts with perfect style on a 120 foot powder booter. And thats what we will see soon enough.
