Replying to Canon DSLR?

Yo ns. I really want to buy a DSLR. I'm open to any options but I want a canon if possible because I have some lenses that I could get for free, so the only lens I'd need and want to buy would be a fisheye.

It would be cool to shoot at 1080p 60fps, but it seems like the canons I can afford won't do that. Would 1080 30/ 720 60 do for me? Or should I try to go for like a Nikon or Panasonic?

Also what's the big difference between the t3i, t4i, and t5i because they all have they same video settings
