Replying to Summer Camps in NZ
For those of you who came to Progressions Ski Camps last year up at Snowpark NZ know how much fun you had and how much you learnt throughout the 4 days with our top kiwi coaches, who consisted of Hamish Acland, Jacob McCleary and Tom Dunbar. These guys are all abroad at the moment training and competing in various events and comps throughout Europe, US and Canada.
The Camps are targeted at all abilities of skiers who have a basic knowledge of skiing and a great sense of adventure who want to learn, improve and build their knowledge and skills up to a higher level.
These camps were located up at Snowpark NZ within the Cardrona Valley(www.snowparknz.com) and have one of the best Parks you will have ever ridden, and that’s the response from JP,Tanner and Pep when they were here this year. With a Superpipe that is cut every night, 26foot quarter pipe, huge array of rails, wall rides, boxes and kickers, 30 snow cannons and so much more its a place you will want to come back too every year.
This coming year is no exception with the introduction of a new 100m Camp only Superpipe and so many other features I don’t have room to write. The Snowpark NZ website is being updated and the new site will be up on 15th Jan, so check it out.
Well, this coming winter just gets better and bigger with the introduction of 3 new International Coaches who were all out here training last winter and had such a wicked time they are coming back along with many other International Pros. We are very pleased to announce that JP Auclair, Pep Fujas and Tanner Hall will be joining our camp as coaches as well as other International Pros still to join the list.
We are in the process of putting together packages that will suit overseas visitors as well as anyone who is interested from New Zealand. Packages will consist of 3-14 day camps, accomodation, transport, passes and other activities.
We will also be changing our name so any suggestions are more than welcome.
All enquires to progressionsskicamp@xtra.co.nz and please watch this space for updates once we have some more info.
