How is this camera? Price recently dropped on it to $200. Never was a fan of the boxy go pro on top of my helmet feel. About to pull the trigger on this or a sony action cam as200v. Size is tempting but heard bad things about the audio quality and having no digital screen may be a big no go for getting the shot right.

You're an idiot if you're purchasing any POV camera for its sound quality.

Got one. It's decent for what it is but if you're looking to get into filming really hard I wouldn't get it unless you're amazing at editing.

They're not as bad as people say. Unless you normally use big DSLRs, the image quality isn't all that bad. It's really good for when you just want to ski without worrying about filming.

I have one and it's perfect to carry around and get shots. I recently took it on a trip to Europe and it was great. Super simple to use and battery life was surprisingly good because it shuts off after every shot

Well that's simply just not true.

Case in point: slvsh. If you know how to use the newer ones correctly, they're damn near professional quality.
