Ski the east

Ski the east is my new favorite company. I purchased a ski the east wallet at the ski expo and a peice of velcro fell off. Emailed them and they are shipping me a new one. No questions asked. Other companies ask me so many questions to make sure im not scamming them and some dont even send replacements. Ski the east is definatly a sick brand

their clothes are amazing too. i got a hoodie from them and its the perfect amount of baggy while still being fit enough to wear anywhere

Big fan of their products, and edits, and general attitude towards eastern skiing, but I've had a few bad experiences on the customer service side of things.

The new product line is many steps above what they've had before, It's all super rad. They've been steeping their soft goods level up the past couple years.

If you can find their tall lineup from last year (very limited amounts) you will notice it is exactly teh same as this years. that being said im sure they took it of their site because its the same thing but reduced to around 15-25 bucks

We now have a dude who does that exclusively for us. In the past as we've grown there's been some hiccups in the online return/exchange world, especially when the dudes who make the edits and run the Freeride Tour are the same ones on e-returns (IE slow and shitty sometimes when we're not at office), but now we have a brochacho who does only that. Also your individual orders ship from a local warehouse daily. We ain't amazon but we been improving the online order/ship/return/highfive process every year.

And anyone stuck in a cog can always hit me on our social sites, get shit solved.
