AlsoKnownAsIt's been around for a longgggg time. Also generally refers to being high from cocaine. I guess until all these pussy/shitty rappers started using it to be like "I smoked a bowl, im so zooted broooo"
Same with faded. Generally refers to opiates or similar like benzos etc. But "omG omG liek we smoked a bowl and are getting hella faded! The trees are talking to me and I see leprechauns dancing,"
I mean you can say what ever you want but it doesn't make it anymore cool or underground, and all these bitch ass "rappers" are bitch ass "rappers".

N.L.http://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/the-running-blog/2014/apr/23/how-does-alcohol-affect-athletic-performance
There is a period of muscle protein synthesis, the process via which muscle cells generate new proteins, which is necessary for the skeletal muscles to benefit from training by recovering, growing and adapting. Without this, you would never improve and you would be constantly injury-prone. Alcohol has an enormous impact on muscle protein synthesis, reducing it by up to a third.
knowledge is power.
RedPandaObviously alcohol has negative impacts on training, but saying "alcohol dries up your ligaments" just sounds dumb. Skiing drunk doesn't make you any more injury prone, just more clumsy and more likely to crash.
addie.I don't partake in marijuana for a few (health related) reasons, but I've always been curious: what's it like to ski high? I get different opinions from different people usually, so post your "skiing high" stories ns!!
