250run-pasteurized non-homogenized grass fed whole milk....
oh fuck i could spend way to long writing about this shit.
couple quick things
it tastes significantly better than regular milk, raw whole milk also doesn't seem as rich as homogenized whole milk, since some sips have more or less cream to them.
skim milk is not healthier...pretty well ever. its full of lactose which is both a sugar and a common allergen. milk fat is actually very good for you, providing you with long lasting energy. not to mention it never hurts to eat foods in their natural unaltered state.
if you don't agree with me go do your own fuckin research. nutrition is a highly opinionated subject.
tldr raw milk tastes best
