Replying to AT Bindings for SFB??

I’m 5’7” 140lbs and am a III+ skier, I’ll be touring occasionally, and will mostly hit up resorts like jay, Stowe, etc.

What AT binding or Alpine binding with inserts would be best??

Also, do AT inserts work on FKS 140’s?
