So today i got a notifaction that someone was typing me a message in snapchat. The notification was 2hrs old and i never got a message. This got me wondering, when does snapchat send out the "----- is typing a message" notification? I messed around with it and it seems totally random but that wouldnt really make sence. Google didnt help me much either so I figured i would put it on here.
