I'm moving to Poland (I'm polish) in the summer to attend Med School there and was wondering if there are any med students here who do some skiing (at least some urban) during school. Seeing that I'll be in a city (Wroclaw) that recives annual snow fall, it would be a terrible shame to miss out on at least some urban... What are your thoughts on skiing while in college (high demand courses)?
Im only a senior in HS but from what I hear, med school is a huuuge time consumer. Maybe on some weekends during the first 2 years and a bit more during 3rd and 4rth year. School needs to come first because your performance will determine with residencies you can get into.
im currently a 1st year med student in the US, and it is completely doable to ski on weekends or weekdays. you just have to prioritize and get your work done. if you really want to ski, you'll be able to find the time to do it. it might just be for a few hours on a saturday morning, but it is worth it
