Batalla Skis??

Jerome.The.LlamaSimilar thing happened to me. My Armada's delaminated and i was told they would send me a pair. I replied to their email and i got no response for 4 months. Then a next years models of skis arrived in the mail and i was all smiles :)

Alex_BralowerSmaller company's like Batalla take a lot longer then a bigger company like K2. You will get a new pair but it could be a while before they get to you.

.lenconSo I got a faulty pair of Batallas and they had a warranty on them to replace them. They said they would send a pair, which is really nice of them. But recently, I haven't heard back from them or been able to get a hold of them by email or website or anything. Anyone else having trouble getting a hold of them? Ive been on my YLEs since the batallas are out of commission. They tackle the mountain just fine but i kinda want my skis and a skinnier ski since we are in the heart of spring skiing and since ill have a couple park tricks lined up.

Hopefully someone can help me out or Batalla can respond! Thanks guys!

weedzski4What broke on your skis? Would be curious to hear what the defect is as I have been trying to order Reapers for around 2 weeks, but the website is down and my emails haven't been responded to.

.lenconIt was a faulty ski. They're a super durable ski from pictures I've seen from other and just reviews. The edge on my ski was just wierd.

traviasAll I know is that once they arrive you'll be stoked! Those skis are fun AF.

MikeUrichHey guys. The site is down cause TJ is switching banks. With how the online ordering and such is tied to his bank, the site needed to be down. As far as warrantied skis go, unfortunatly you prolly won't get any till next season.

weedzski4Do you have photos of it by chance? I have definitely seen some Batalla's with sizeable gaps between the edges and base material.....wasn't sure if that would impact durability.

.lenconSorry about the delayed response. I currently don't have pics, and I probably won't upload any. What happened was at the 3/4 edge I was hitting rails one night and noticed it starting to come out. The teeth on the edges were faulty I think.

TJ told me I was covered and good to go. We were working things out and next thing I know we were out of contact. Looked at their site and it was down. That brings us to today lol. TJ has a super good warranty and is awesome to work with.

weedzski4any luck? i was not able to get a hold of them at all because their email address bounces and am ordering elsewhere now. The batalla website has been down for a month or more now, not takin new orders, not fulfilling warranty, peeped riders complaining they can't get broken skis replaced. out of business?
