Armada B Dog --- All Mountain Skis ?

So NS i have just got some very cheap B Dogs in a 182. I don't do much park these days and they would be too big for me anyway so i was thinking of using them as an all mountain ski and mount them recommended.
I know they handle well in powder but does anyone know how well they carve/handle on piste and do you think they would be fun as an all mountain ripper?
many thanks

They'll be fine. I've got a pair (though they're my park skis pretty exclusively) They aren't the greatest for edge hold or carving, especially on hard pack, mainly because the rocker/elf shoe shape pushes the contacts points back pretty far. The edges past those contact points are pretty useless, they never seem to hook up - so you end up side slipping a bit through turns. Not the best bomber ski. That being said they're really playful skis, if your looking for a jib all mountain ski they'll definitely be fun. Plenty springy, quick and nimble reverts, not as soft as Armada advertises (in my opinion) but still soft enough to butter around with ease. They handle the chop pretty well though, and in powder they do great for a ski of that size. Probably wouldnt be my first choice as an all mountain ski, but regardless I think you'll like them

I didn't really like my Halo's for all mtn... Just not enough active edge to really lay into.
