If you have to ask this question go to a shop and have them set your bindings at the standard for your weight and you will learn if they are set too low or too high...

yea same here. but if im going hard i turn them all the way up so theyre on LOLz or LOLZ, just depends on how big im going

Fuck DIN, Just screw your boots to your skis and then you don't have to worry about popping out. Works every time.

Bindings are for goobers, if you want the real deal, ductape your boots to your skis, this allows for maximum flex and the closest contact possible, its as if you are walking barefoot, your turns will be so sharp you are in danger of cutting yourself.

Killy and Vuarnet did this in the 60's/70's but evil corporations have been pushing expensive bindings over this simple cheap solution and it became forgotten, I was reached it by a Tibetan monk who shredded down the Everest, he passed down his knowledge for me to spread.
