You will learn to love the anxiety/fear so use it to your advantage. Then you wont be happy unless you can scare yourself. or just drink cause once you get to a certain point you wont care anyways.

Idk it depends on the person, for instance I have attempted 7s for the past 2 season literally hundrEads of times. I just would never nut up and squeeze that last 180, last weekend i got pretty hammed with some buddys early Sunday morning. By the end of that day I had landed at least a dozen. Some people get a mental block and just won't allow themselves to progress sometimes mind altering drugs are the cure. BTW smoke ganj when just cruising and drink beer when trying to huck it. Sorry using my phone probably horrible grammer, punctuation atrocities

Sry double post. I've never felt hindered from thc ime. I literally blaze every hour or so when riding a lot of my peers say I'm crazy and that it messes with there skiing, especially rail game. For me I swear it puts me in a zone where I can think and ski more fluently. I love getting ripped before a tech rail sesh hahah all my buddys just end up sitting around sayin how do you have so much energy. One thing I know for a fact is everytime I blaze while skiing I'm literally smiling and giggling with joy the entire time I'm there. As I said above it depends on the person I'm a daily smoker so it feels kinda normal to me, weed makes me enjoy skiing a bit more then normally, and skiing makes weed a bit more enjoyable then when just vegging out.

Really though, this couldn't be more true. 9 out of 10 falls I take aren't anything more than falling onto my side on some snow. Rarely do I actually fall on top of features or land in a way that would cause a significant injury. Visualizing what you're doing really helps too. Think about what you're going to spot, where you're going to look, and what you're going to look like in the air. Seriously, for something like 3. Picture yourself riding and getting to the jump. Picture yourself dropping, setting your spin, popping, looking over your shoulder and spotting your landing. Picture what you're going to see and what you're going to look like in the air. That helps me a lot to not freak out mid trick to be honest.
