Replying to Judgement on the mountain

I wear full tilts because they are super comfortable and are the best boots and I want the best stuff because I LOVE skiing. I ski lines because I think they fit my skiing style and I like the feel of riding them. I have nice outerwear because I don't want to get cold on the mountain. All of this I paid for by working. But when I go skiing people judge me and are total dicks to me because my skiing level doesn't necessarily match my gear I guess. I'm still working on getting comfortable sliding rails and doing 3s/5s. But the only reason I wear that gear is because it's nice and I want quality gear because skiing is my favorite sport, not because I'm trying to be cool. What do you guys think?
