stretch before you go skiing, most of my knee injuries have come from landing in the back seat so try not to do that haha

Stretching is old hat. Active warm up is the new hotness (with stretching after skiing). Also, strength and endurance training, but the fittest dude on earth still gets hurt on the wrong fall.

You can check on youtube the summer training of the ski team to get an idea. Balance exercises and more classic training...

Last season I strained my mcl on a bad fall. I shutter at the thought if I didn't stretch daily. Would of been torn mcl or acl. If your 25 or younger you should at least stretch before you ski. Older you get the more intensive your warm up should be.

add glucosamine to your diet, drink lots of water, and do yoga... super hot girls with yoga butts, they go to yoga class... and almost every knee injury i have ever seen, happened after or during drinking alcohol.
