He already knows you drink and whatnot-parents aren't stupid so go have a beer or 9 with him and enjoy it. Don't ditch him. You never know what tomorrow could bring and you may not think that way now but when you get older (fuck, I hate saying this shit) you'll wish you could do more with your Dad.
Mine is still around but we've lived so far apart from each other for the past 10 years or so. I'm lucky if I see him once a year so you can imagine how excited I am to see him in a few weeks when he comes up on a random work trip.
I'd give anything to be able to go skiing with him again, like when I was younger but he just doesnt do it anymore. So, now we all get together, have a huge ass ridiculously over priced dinner with a shit ton of booze and then head out to the bars and get even more hammered. Enjoy it.
MinggTrue. You're right. He waiting up for my little ass for years when I was learning and always made it a point to go every weekend when I was little. He took me to Breck 3 years ago too. It's the least I could do. Maybe we can bring my uncle or something. I think he would like that and I wouldn't need to worry if I wanted to go off for a little on my own. We will see.(:
ericaYes bring your dad!! I'm a better skier than my dad, but there's nothing I love more than taking laps with him. He won't be offended if you want to go ski something different than him before or after lunch for a couple hours, and thats an awesome time to meet up with friends. Plus, if he's anything like my dad, he'll be stoked to have a few beers with you, but will probably want to be in bed by 10 anyway :) and after that you can go have your fun and make bad choices ;)
MinggYeah I know that feel! Last season I got him a free pass and we went for the night. Idk dude my dad doesn't ski much like he used to but it was still dope. I kinda felt like I was returning a favor sort of. My dad used to take me so much, and then I got him a pass and like got him back out. Idk it was a rad ass feeling. Just to see someone get back out there, ya know?
I can party with my friends all damn year but how often can you go to whistler with your dad? I'm gonna call him tomorrow and see if he wants to come (: (: (: ahhhh #stoked
MinggI offered my dad a discounted trip to Whistler with us in January. I think he wants to go and I'm being really shitty about it.
I love skiing with my dad but it's Whistler and I'm gonna be partying a lot. I would feel awful ditching my dad in a foreign country for my friends. but I dont want my dad to see me drunk. I don't know what to do. I also plan to do my own thing and meet up with NS'ers. I would feel bad leaving my dad behind on a Mountain like Whistler. UGH. LynxNationDark colors work well for either occasion, or a dark jacket with a white shirt, maybe a simple black or blue dress?

LynxNationI listen to Mozart Pandora when I study because I read somewhere like 10 years ago that it helps you focus and retain information.
Also the most annoying kid in my business group has managed to find me in the hole that I dig for myself in a corner of the library where I can study in peace. He chews with his mouth open. Need I say more.

B.AussieI came off the pill I've been on for the last year and half. And I feel so much better. 1000% better.
But I just got a proper period for the first time since I came off it and it was horrific. I could barely move for two days even with high amounts of codeine. Being a girl sucks sometimes.
SidedRungsim on the lowest dose of estrogen they can get and i still get morning sickness from my pills where im waking up sick at 5 6 and 7 am multiple times to throw up :( Birth control SUCKS. good luck!
yelselI'm on the lowest dosage as well and my periods are 10000000x better than what they used to be. I dont get sick anymore and I dont get cramps that feel like every single elephant in India is trampling on my uterus.
