^ It's probably bad because I don't know my grade currently in any of my classes, or what I need to better myself in the class. OR if I'm even passing them lolz. (I'm sure I am but literally I have no idea what my grades are). Just finished a final and am officially done with 2/4 of my core classes! Just have to do a couple things for my online classes and bust out two finals at the end of next week.

WOOO TIME TO MOVE TO JACKSON!!!

I don't know how I did it, but it's looking like I'm going to have a 3.8 this semester with a cumulative prereq GPA of 3.92... I'm fucking stoked.

A blow up camping sleeping pad at the thrift store: $7
my first ever backpacking pack, 55+15L: $55
some Birkenstock sandals: $30
Birkenstock slip on clogs: $30

so so excited for summer to finally be here, go away rain, you're just making me buy things.

so bummed beartooth isn't opening this year. :( I would have been able to ski by then, should have brought my skis out to Hood and taken those three days on snow I'd get.

Excuse my over posting in this thread,

But I just sold my old park skis to my friend and she is so stoked! She's been talking about how excited she is to ski next year with all of us and that she wants me to teach her how to do some stuff in park! Ahhh! Feels good mannnn!

A little advice to any boys stopping in to read the Lady Gabber. If you're going to leave your room number/ room key for your server as a "heyyyyy stop by after your shift" at least leave a decent tip. Yeah Newschooler that wrote it at the top of your receipt, I'm taken but, had I been single that would not have been a turn on. At the tram splice yesterday there were 40 people spanning 5 different mountain operations department's and I was the only girl. Not gonna lie I felt damn badass

Finalizing next years season pass design within the next week:D Ahh I'm so stoked. This is the first project I've been working on here. I don't even know what this position is considered. It's not an internship but it sort of is? I don't have a boss, I'm in charge of myself but I don't know. Either way this is such an amazing opportunity and I'm loving every second of it.

Never really did too much of this whole marketing thing but it's a lot of fun. Coming up with new ways to reach out to people who enjoy similar things as I do. Fuckin cool. I've been sort of anxious about it. I've never done anything with marketing but I'm slowly realizing I've been doing this sort of stuff all the time! Spreading the word on Facebook, insta, twitter, snapchat, even on newschoolers. I do it a lot, now I just need to collect my thoughts and organize them in a way thats appealing to a lot of people.

I've been thinking a lot of the ways to promote the stuff we do. I'm thinking promotional writing kinds of stuff would be really cool. I'm not much of a writer but I kind of want to give it a go and see how it works out! I get really stoked and passionate about things so I hope maybe incorporating that into writing could be cool. I wrote a review of the Inspired Movie Tour last September so I think I want to try to do more of that for the events we host?

I used photoshop throughout high school in several classes but I've been using new features that I didn't come across in high school. Learning shit is so fuckin rad. I love it. Just one project and I've already learned some new stuff. I can't imagine how much more I'm gonna figure out in the next year or two!

Reading all the stuff about members moving on to bigger stuff is so fucking rad too. Definitely is inspiring me to put my all into these things here at Schuss. For the first time(really at all) I want to work towards something I can be super proud of. I want to look back on these next 3 years with this company and see all the stuff I have learned and produced. Maybe if I work really hard at this, I could make a career out of it..? Might be a big goal, almost unrealistic, but damn maybe I could do it.

God I am so stoked. I've never had such an awesome opportunity and I'm just now realizing how lucky I am. Fuck I can't wait to see where this takes me.

Jesus I like to rant hahahaha shit. sorry I'm just so stoked right now lol

Had the BEST time on a spontaneous trip to Oregon and LOVED meeting Emily & Cora ;). The skiing was pretty rad too and friends and stuff. BUT EMILY!! Yayay nspinknames & ladies who shred.

Hard to believe I would normally have another month of skiing in a normal season. Yet this season the lifts stopped spinning over a month ago here in Washington. Worst ski season in recorded history for Snoqualmie.

Thinking about trying DH mountain biking, but it looks insanely expensive to get into.

Got some new skis for this season and am beyond pumped. Planning on building some type of summer rail set up so I can really work on my rail game too. Super pumped for winter! And road trip out west planned for august! AHHH need mountains in my life

So I'm in a situation that I need help with.

I'm 19 and still on my parents health insurance. I want/need birth control and am gonna go through planned parenthood but I really don't want my mom to freak out. She's extremely against the idea but to be honest its the best thing I can do for myself and I don't think I have a choice but to go behind her back.

Anyways, if I set up and appointment there and use my insurance it's gonna be documented and they will find out. From what I know, it just tells where you went but it doesn't give a description of what the appointment was for. (If anyone could confirm that that's true that would be great.) I heard that you can call your insurance company have your specific EOB(explanation of benefits) sent to you instead of your parents. Should I do that? Should I just go and let it come up on the EOB thats sent to my parents? Or should I just pay out of pocket?

I understand parents being against the whole sex thing because you're still their little girl and all that jazz but really?! Against bc? Would they rather you pop out a baby at 19? WTF. Maybe explain to your mother that you've done some reading on it and it will help A LOT with your cramps and the heaviness of your period and then go from there? I went through that when I was your age and I thought I had the insurance aspect of it squared away but nope, I was wrong. They got billed and they found out and boy were they pissed. I got the whole "you should've just come to us in the first place" speech
