You know the movie dazed and confused, it's exactly, almost, not really, kinda, sorta like that.

my freshman year blew. My group of friends merged with another and i was left out and i had like 2 real friends but then sophomore year i met a really nice girl and we were best friends and now were kinda dating but i became friends with great people who got me into skiing again. Oh and i smoked a ton of weed along the way.

cabdriverhigh school is kind of like the pen. make sure you hit the biggest, toughest, oldest looking kid right in the face on the first day and you'll be king of the niners.

I have a few friends at South High School in Minneapolis, last year there was a riot that broke out from a small food fight, sort of a huge racial conflict between Blacks and Somalis, 200-300 kids just beating down on eachother at once. Cops got called in and they maced out the entire lunchroom- the article sells this part short (one of my friends got maced and he wasn't doing anything). Anyways, here is the article. Most OC thing I've heard happen at a high school.

Looking back...GET THE HIGHEST GRADES POSSIBLE. I really fucked around in high school a lot. I had way to much fun and barely did any school work. Put myself in a very very very deep rut going into college which required me to transfer (which sucked) in order to really excel at a good school. If I could go back I would crush class because looking back if I put in 10% more effort I would have been in a way better place in college.

That being said...high school parties were awesome. They were classic...ton of people show up drinking was retarded and everyone smoked back in the day. Some of my friends best times were from back in the day. Also smoked my brains out back in high school....wouldn't trade it for the world made some of my best friends and some ridiculous times.
