So I usually ski a 168 ski, and am buying filthy riches. I have heard that they feel shorter than the listed length, so should I get the 176?

They have rocker, so yes they will feel short. We need your height and weight to give you advice about the right ski length, however.

Yikes man, what are you doing on a 168? That's pretty short for someone your height. I'd say a 176 be an okay option but a 181 would be ideal.

I'm 5'8" and I usually ride a 171 cambered park ski (granted, I usually ride a stiff cambered park ski, but still). But with the Filthy Rich I ride it longer.
I can tell you that iggyskier is correct, 176 is the best size for you. I know this cause my first pair of FRs were 171 (too short), my second pair were 181s (a bit too long, but more skiable than the 171s), I'm on 176s this season and they're perfect, just enough length to catch me when I land a bit off and enough length to really get into them when carving, but not too much length that it slows down spins too much or makes me have to power turns.
All times are Eastern (-5)
