I'm in grade 12 right now in Edmonton and trying to make the huge decision about going to the university of alberta for football. I'm a quarterback and defiantly wouldn't start in my first or second year. If anyone knows about how much a commitment football is at the university level they'll understand where i'm coming from. They have offered me a spot on the team. I wouldn't be getting much money of a scholarship. My huge decision is whether i go to play or not. I don't love football the same way i love skiing. So i'm debating taking a year or two off before i go to school (which would say goodbye to football) and move to whistler and ski. I just have tone of pressure from coaches and shit about getting into the school and all that. I don't really know if i should play football as a 3rd string qb for 2 years and start later on and have no life outside of football or move to whistler and ski bum for a couple years and then go to school. Help. http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1889662/highlights/104293386 my highlight tape from this year if you wanna check it out.
