Are K2's Overrated?

So for my first pair of skis I got some used K2 Press' and to be honest they're a great ski in my opinion. But I hear a lot of people talk shit about those skis and that company in general saying they're over priced and over rated etc. Let me hear your opinions NS.

HungryHypocriteI've skied my kung fujas since last season, heavily and have no problem with them, all I get is some cuts from the opposite edge which is normal, but only cosmetic.

I think due to a bunch of hate, they're somehow underrated, If you get a good deal on them, you can't go wrong (I got mine brand new unmounted with griffons for 315€)


i have skied my kung fujas for two years now and i gave them quite a hard time. the only thing that happend to them was chipping of the top sheet. i dont get the hate

I’m on my third season with the k2 recoils no edge cracks, just some chips on the top sheet. Bombproof skis.

I'm still on OG disorderlys. They're beat up but not snapped and still skiable.

You people need to hop off the hype train with ON3P. I have owned 3 pairs of their skis and they are pretty excellent, but I'm positive ON3P has a huge profit margin off every ski they sell. I'm sure it costs more that $50 for ON3P to make a ski, but no way in hell does it cost them $600 or even near that.
