Especially in GTA when you have so many sick weapons and nothing to do but fuck shit up.

It would be kind of cool if there was a cheat code to turn all pedestrians into characters from horror movies though.

I think it would be fun to just have an overpopulation of people running the streets and you drive around in your hummer just mowing them over.

Nah, I can see more heist based DLC. I can see franklin starting his own crew up and pulling his own shit. Or I can see them getting together one more time for a heist bigger than the last one.
