Honestly I've never really thought about this, I just put them on however they land.

i used to have a right ski and a left ski with an old pair and ripped my front inside edge out in a less than a season so i switched feet and the same thing happened again. they were 2009 coreupts tho to be fair

Because I don't want to destroy my edges I try to put my skis on randomly where it should eventually average out where I will have worn each ski on each foot for equal amounts of time

There is no point in having edges for rails, the more you grind them off the better they get for urban and rail laps

Graphics leads my choice. Although on rail I change for edge issue.

If you do it for any reason other than to make the graphics line up, your an idiot. They ski the same both ways period. I can understand wanting the dope ass graphics on your new skis to line up though.

Statistically, if you make sure and swap your skis every time/day/menstrual cycle/whatever or if you putting them on randomly, it shouldnt make a difference and you should get even wear on both skis. Even if you swapped between the random method and periodically switching them the wear should be even. I feel it would be stupid to allow something aesthetic about the ski to ruin the performance like one skis edge wearing more than the other because the graphics dont match.
I dont really believe the halo/alpha 1s have a true left and right seems like a bunch of uneeded hassle in the lay up and from what I've seen of armadas top sheet allignment they dont put that much care and attention into their layups.

What, do you think if you have the left ski on the right foot you'll tear your ACL?

it really distracts me when they are not on the same foot each time i put them on

that is so not true. fs switchups and pretzels are a huge pain in the ass without edges. edges help a ton on rails

no but it's the same idea as not calling last run in fear of getting hurt. sometimes just small mental things can make the difference
