Those skis are so different... do you want rocker vs. flex? personally I would get the lines because I hear they are very light and soft (or joysticks as mentioned above, they are similar to the TC's and on sale for like $200 right now)

Exactly.. I think its badass that LINE skis is even here interacting with the community. You don't see the fat suits from Salomon or Rossignol here giving two shits what we all think.

Well there are people who work for salomon and atomic who give advice here. Just because the head of the company don't come on new schoolers does not mean the big established brands don't have a presence here.

If you think they are not reading the forums regularly, you would be wrong.

When Line Skis' official account suggest someone buys line skis it adds nothing to the discussion, even if it is somewhat humorous. Very different from coming into a thread and explaining differences in Line ski models to people.

This. There is a difference with brands answering questions about themselves, that makes a ton of sense, but blindly self promoting is a no go in my opinion. Go for it if you want it but if I was asking a question and I got answered like that, I wouldn't be convinced as it is such a biased answer. Line don't get me wrong I own after bangs and am in no way trying to bash the company. As for joystick I own some surface blanks as well, no disrespect. My view on it is if you can answer without a bias then take that opportunity for sure! It's great that these companies are on ns.
