Painting Full Tilts?

So i recently tried to dye my full tilts, but as they already have a pretty dark color, it didn't work. I was wondering if there is an alternative to dying. If anyone has any ideas, that's what this thread is made for.

I'm pretty sure you could spray paint and then use anti-water spray on it. I used it on similar plastic toggles and they work, but I would say cover the buckles before you do ANYTHING

It might work, but take them apart first. A friend painted his tongues without taking them apart, and his boots look like shit.
