Replying to Is this worth it? Custom computers.

So I've bough computer parts off this guy before and he's legit. He is gonna give me a amd 8150 a crossfire v motherboard and a h110(I think) water cooler for $550. He then offered to completely redo my pc for around $1300 (with the parts) and make it look badass. What he said exactly was "I can't draw for shit apparently. Basically it will be a bare metal chassis, either rusty and jagged or smooth and painted, your choice, open air and a side by side design to accommodate the water loop. 7 fans to move air where its needed most. Motherboard and GPU sit in one half, power and water loop in the other for looks."

Is this worth it NS?
