Need photo shop help - draindick

So a friend of mine got rediculously drunk this weekend and ended up passing out in a shower so we have been calling him drain dick now.

I suck at using photo shop but basically will give unilmted +K if someone could photoshop a dick coming out of a shower drain

Like the whole idea of it is to have a person naked, have a shower drain where there "pubes" would be, and then a dick coming out of it no homo.
