Alright i have just bought a prepaid Visa credit card and i am trying to pay a fellow NSer BUT it is saying that the credit card company (visa) has declined the purchase.
I called visa to see whats up and what they basically said is that it cant be used to send money but only for purchases.
how should i go about paying this guy? make a ebay add ect!
