you're all wrong, unless someone posted. but dijon wins, since you can put it in salads, in baking, in frying, in sandwiches, and much more. you can even use it with more condiments. and mustard is an ingredient in making home made barbecue sauce.
ranch is great with a lot of things, as is hot sauce. i like ketchup on some things but it seems gross to me on other things, idk why. mayo grosses me out also
