Tramp doubles

this summer i wanna try a double on a tramp. i can do regular flips pretty good. i was wondering how much air i should get (double bounce) and what double is the easiest (front back cork flat) thanks

Try them into foam first if your that hesitant, go to a local tramp place or something.

dub fronts are easy to get around but hard as fuck to land. good to get the feeling of doing two flips.

^same with dub lincoln. they are a little easier to land but they fuck up your legs if you under-rotate

dub flat is kinda hard, at least for me. its hard to throw super fast flatsipns on tramps.

dub mistys are pretty easy, just dont killbounce like a bitch and you will be fine. also go for dub 9 not ten because 10s are much harder

dub cork is pretty easy it is the easiest behind dub misty for me. the rotation should be like a cork 7 to either an underflip/cork 5ish thing (for dub 12) or a flatspin for a dub ten. litte piece of advice throw the cork super deep because if you dont then you wont flip fast enough in the second one and you will faceslap like a motherfuck

dub lincoln or dub misty should be pretty easy, those are the first 2 i learned

Lincoln's are easiest. Get comfortable doing a flip and a quarter, landing on your side. Huck harder and tuck and don't untuck, even if you think you might not make it. (that was my problem) and just take it to your feet. It took me about 30 tries before I got it to my feet. Just keep at it and you'll get them.

actually heres the order i learned dubs. First threw dub frontys to my back, then landed dub mistys and lincolns, then dub backs, then flats, then corks, then learned how to land dub fronts, then dub bios.
i say dub back is easiest just because you can do them with like a foot of air, but you do have to get over the fear factor.

ive done a few dub fronts and dub mistys into foam, but i havent taken them to tramp
