Replying to Slacklining?? Enlighten Me.

First off, no one in my area slacklines. At least not publically lol.

Anyways I WISH I had a trampoline. I longboard, but I'm looking for another summer activity. Soo slacklining sounds alright, but at the same time... I just don't "get it". I just. Don't. GET IT.

Like what do you do with it? Is it just something that will entertain me for a week, then spend time on a shelf in the garage? I just don't know much. In other words, slackline owners, convince me why you love/dislike it.
