ye i did this, started 2 years ago with my buddies (wouldn't really call it a company, its more of a video crew)
Basically as long as you have a solid bunch of friends and one of you that takes filming seriously it should be a blast.
Just remeber, always make edits for your buddies and you, dont only film the better skiers in the group, try and give everyone a nice part and just fill the video with vibes.
We kept making vids on a regular basis for 2 years but now that im in UNI i dont have that much time to edit anymore, i still try and make 2-3 edits a year
