After reading my thread about my poles being stolen twice this season, Armada sent me free poles in the mail. As well as socks, grips, and a belt. Shout out to armada for helping someone out, even though the poles that were stolen from me weren't aramada. Proud to be a skier, gonna buy a pair of armadas next season to support them.

yo that's sick I've never seen a company do something like that.

On a side note my Line poles got stolen this season and while I was hiking the mountain a couple of days ago I found them snapped in half in the woods next to a trail... dem bitches

One time I bought some AR6s. Great skis. Then I was riding switch one day, leaned forward a bit, and my heel piece, screws and all, tore off my right ski. Two pro shops confirmed it was unrepairable and due to a weak core- the ski's fault. Sent them in to Armada, with pictures, explanation, proof of purchase, and asked for at least a discount on a new pair. They said nope. Pretty shady/shitty of them. Two sides to that company, but god I love my ARVs

armada is the absolute shit. i had a pair of t-halls last for urban and regular skiing for over 3 years and never had another companys skisi last for more than a year

it's not even close, way too tight a turn radius, not stiff, too much rocker (especially in the tail) and that superlight core gets bucked by crud.

They sent you the good grips too. I bent the shit out of one of my Armada poles this year, couldn't bend it back. RIP pole, but those grips are never leaving my possession, i'll probs just use the good armada pole and my extra Scott pole with the A grips, they ballin!

i ordered a belt and wallet from them but it was sent late so they threw in a free hat and stickers, they are pretty cool about that stuff

Bring back the ANT Armada. Really bring it back even if it's just for a season. It's one thing to have some sub 22 turing raduis skis, but pretty much everything in your line up is sub 22TRS. Get it together Armada.

Damn man you are super lucky. I bought Armada AK poles and the clip that hold the two pieces that telescope snapped making turns in pow. I sent them back just before Christmas and got one set of replacements almost 3 months later.
When I would call they would just say over and over, "oh yeah well SIA is in 3 weeks so we are busy", "oh yeah SIA is going on, we are super busy", "Oh yeah, SIA was a few weeks ago so we have just been really busy"...
Glad they actually replaced them but man I certainly did not get any special treatment after paying full price for a faulty product. All my equipment is Armada which I love very much. But damn, I hope I never break one of their skis, my season will be pretty much over.

Glad you got the hook up, I really like the company.

It probably depends on who your talking to. Calling customer service usually doesn't get you far, but if someone from higher up sees your issue on here, and you aren't directly complaining, maybe they will hook you up.

all of the people at k2 skiers and business people are tight and some of the most generous people i've ever met, you not only sound ignorant but basically like a gigantic douche for bashing a whole ski company full of people you dont fucking know /rant

This is why I own Armadas. I freaking love my Alpha 1 skis. So sick, and I love the graphics. When I met T-Hall a while back he was so sweet and chill. Dude was one of the nicest guys I've ever met. This makes me love Armada even more than before.

Having worked in ski shops for 10 years, I've seen K2 go above and beyond their warranty policies several times. They've warrantied skis that are way past the 1 year policy, have been mounted 2 or 3 times, and have been heavily abused from rails and park riding, not to mention they give out tons of free swag. Armada is a legit company, and so is K2. Don't Hate.
